Service Description
Barre à Terre: Meticulously crafted ballet sequences performed while sitting or lying on the floor. The system was originally crafted to assist injured ballet dancers during their rehabilitation. No gravitational pull towards the joints. Complete body workout that builds equal amounts of strength & flexibility. Posture is improved within the first few sessions.
